Terms & Conditions for European Deliveries

We are now taking orders from select European countries. Delivery of these order could take longer than before due to the additional checks at the UK Border.

 

BREXIT AND ORDERS FROM EUROPEAN UNION (EU):

UK has now left the EU; this means there is a new trade deal is operational between the UK and EU. Where you are ordering from outside the UK Mainland, to the EU and Northern Ireland, your order delivery will be passing through the UK border control and Customs. As a result, your order may be subject to additional duties / taxes at the time of customs clearance. Your parcel(s) may not be releases until such additional taxes are paid in full. Any import duties charged on the orders delivered to you must be paid by you, the customer. Customs in the local authority may contact you to seek information (or additional information) in order to release your parcel for onward delivery to you. It is the customers responsibility to work with their local authorities and the Customs in order to have their parcels delivered on time and without delays by paying the necessary taxes and duties on time. We are unable to hold any responsibility for any delayed parcels and damages caused due to delays during customs clearance. Customers are agreed to these terms and conditions by placing your order with us.
