Therefore, make sure to double check your delivery address.
You can enter your delivery address during the checkout process. If you used any of the faster payment options, we may receive your delivery address from those payment providers, so make sure to double check the delivery address before completing your order placement.
We can only deliver to the 'Delivery Address' you provided during order placement and we cannot deliver to a different address other than what's given in the order after placing the order. If you need to change your delivery address after placing the order the customer will need to contact us within 1 hour from placing the order. Once we processed your order and dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address from our end.
Some courier companies are offering changes to the delivery location and this may be available to you depends on the delivery courier we selected. You will need to arrange with the courier if you need to change the delivery after your order handed over to the courier.
If you need to change the delivery address after placing the order but before booking your delivery (normally within 1 hour from placing your order), we may need to cancel the order and request you to place a new order with the new delivery address. We required to follow these steps to protect our customers. We will refund your first order in full provided your order had not been fulfilled.

It is important to share your mobile phone number as we or our delivery partners cannot send text updates to any landline numbers.
By using our services and buying from our online store, you are agreeing to pass your mobile number to our couriers.
We understand that sometimes you may not be able to stay home to accept your delivery.
In case you missed a delivery, our delivery partners will leave a calling card with their contact details and details of your package(s). Please contact them directly to re-arrange the delivery of your package(s) as we can no longer manage the delivery for you.
However, our delivery partners will send you an email and/or text notification once your order is fully paid and we book the delivery of your package(s) with them.
In most cases there will be an indication of approximate delivery date and time. If you know that you are not going to be available on that day you may be able to request the delivery on an alternative date. There may be an additional charge for this service.
Important: If you are ordering perishable foods including but not limited to Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Frozen Food and Chilled Food, it is your responsibility to be available to accept these deliveries on the delivery date set by us and our delivery partners. You will be specifically notified via email and / or text messages of the delivery date and time slot. We do not accept any liability as a result that you could not accept the delivery or are not available to accept the delivery.
We get fresh produce delivered three times a week from Sri Lanka on direct flights through our suppliers. These are then sent to you on next day delivery to most U.K. addresses. For this reason, we may take a little longer waiting for the freshest produce delivered to us before we can dispatch your order. That way we can assure you get the freshest possible produce.
While we do not offer a price-match, we make sure that all our products are competitively priced. We put our best efforts to provide great care to our customers and also to deliver them the best quality products as fast as we can.
